Initial Response :: Another gorgeous design!! My goodness, child! You are too darn creative for your own good!! I love all the adjectives and well.. this is going to turn into a review of the layout if I don't stop. Overall response.. gorgeous and unique and intriguing.

Layout :: ( 21 / 20 ) :: Ok, the layout is simple, but striking. The monotonous gray color scheme is offset but not overpowered by a nice little grid pattern behind the navigation section. The image at the top is a collage of mostly adjectives and other descriptive words. It gives the reader an idea of who you are before he or she even gets to the entry. With the addition of a cute quote and some adorable swirly brushes, you've got yourself one amazing template. Oh, and one extra point for designing it yourself. All in all, the layout is trés choutte!

Content :: ( 43 / 50 ) :: Well, I had a bit of a head start on this one, since you've been on my buddy list for quite some time now. In fact, considering our friendship and design partnership, this whole review might seem unfair, but let me reassure the world, I am impartial! Ok, back to you. Your content is great, though best read in not-so-huge doses. Because you tend to stick mainly to dayblogging, reading through too many days in a row sometimes gets a little dry. Although, you do have a great sense of humor that likes to spurt out in great bursts once in a while, adding the necessary spice and variety. You do write with a lot of emotion, which is great. You had some great entries where you really wrestled with some personal issues (father, boyfriend, college, etc.). Poetry isn't my thing, but it's nice to see that you can express yourself in many ways. My advice would be to write about some not-so-negative things in your day once in a while. I actually started getting depressed at one point, reading over your troubles at home, at work, etc. Be happy, child!! You are an amazing girl, so tell us more about the fun and exciting part of your life! I will say that I was happy to see you writing about hopes, dreams, people who inspire you, and the like. Overall, good job!

Perfection :: ( 14 / 20 ) :: Well, this part might hurt ya a little. The colors of the "Insight" section don't match on older entries, showing evidence of past color schemes. Also, you consistently write "loose" instead of "lose," and there are a few mix-ups in the land of to/too/two and descent/decent. At first, I thought the loose/lose thing was a typo, but I never saw it written correctly in the entries I read. Your grammar is usually up to par, though, and the perfection of your design makes up for the rest.

Updates :: ( 5 / 5 ) :: Over the school year, ya sometimes slack, but I won't count off for that. I don't want to discourage anyone from doing schoolwork! As of lately, you've been updating like crazy, so full points for you!

General Appeal :: ( 4 / 5 ) :: The gray layout mixed with the sometimes sad entries might be a tad too depressing for sunshiny people like myself, but then again, you're on my buddy list! Obviously you're doing something right! The truth is, you do keep me laughing more often than crying. Your diary is like a novel, and I can't wait for the next page to be added. Just liven it up a little with some optimism and positive thoughts and the masses will begin to flock!

Final Score :: ( 87 / 100)
